Made by Tiki Farm a few years back for Otto’s Shrunken Head Tiki bar and Lounge in New York.
These mugs can pull good money on Ebay, but l recommend doing what l did…go to their web site and order one for US$22.00 plus postage (I just checked, they still have them). While your are there get yourself the strange little generic Suffering Bastard mug for US$7.00. l’ve got one and they are great.
